1. Open the lid, put in a small amount of water, and then put ice cubes in.
*The volume of ice cubes occupies 1/2 to 2/3 of the capacity of the ice pack.
2. To prevent water from leaking out, close the lid tightly.
*Note that it is not easy to seal tightly when the lid is tilted.
3. Put the ice pack on the part that needs a cold compress, and fix it with a bandage or special protective gear.
*To prevent the ice pack from getting too cold, towels and underwear can be used as padding.
